- Up to two pets allowed per apartment home
- No breed or size restrictions
Breed Restrictions
We believe every pet deserves a home, regardless of breed or size. That’s why Hudson Oaks doesn’t restrict specific breeds or set weight limits for dogs or cats. However big or small your best pal happens to be, there’s a place for them here.
Pet Fees & Deposits
- One-time, non-refundable pet fee: $400 per pet
- Monthly pet rent: $20 per pet
